COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update from the Team at 100% Extreme Appliances


We are wanting to let you know what we are doing to address the Health & Safety of our customers and our staff during the foreseeable future to ensure that we minimise any risk associated with the COVID-19 virus and protect your health & safety when you shop with us.


We are following the Ministry of Health guidelines including additional cleaning of our stores and regular wiping down of all contact surfaces including sanitising to ensure our stores are not only presented at the clean and tidy level you expect, but are as safe as we can make them when you come to visit us.


This extends to our storeroom and delivery team with extra cleaning processes in place for the delivery and installation people who visit your home.  We are also reinforcing key messages to all our staff around personal hygiene and social interaction.


We are putting extra resources into our online store and delivery team and doing all we can to minimise any effect this situation has on our supply chain.


We are doing everything possible to minimise any delays and get your order to you as soon as possible, but please bear in mind we are experiencing some stock delays currently as COVID-19 affects supply both into and around NZ.


We will be in touch before processing if your order is affected.  We are constantly receiving updates from suppliers and aim to keep our stock information as up to date as possible.


The health and wellbeing of our customer family and our staff family are our number one priority so we will be doing everything possible to ensure it’s business as usual at our stores and that your shopping experience with us always remains 100%.
